General conditions for booking
Bookings are for minimum 7 days.
The
rental of a pitch or a mobil home will be official only after our
agreement . The reservation contract is strictly personal and may
under no circumstances be transfered.
Payment:
The balance of your invoice has to be paid in the 2 following days of your arrival. Cash or cards are accepted: visa, mastercard, eurocard.
Cancellation: Cancelling your reservation must be done by registered letter. If your cancellation is sent to us (post marked) at least 60 days before your planned arrival, we will reimburse your deposit minus 25 €
For a cancellation beetween30 and 60 days before your arrival, we will reimburse 50% of your deposit minus 25 €. For a cancellation less than 30 days before your planned arrival, your deposit will remain the property of the campground without exeption.
Arrivals:
The
plots are available from 14h to 20h. The mobil home are available
from 16h to 20h. Every booking remain available 24h from the date
wrote on the booking contract. After this delay, the direction can
use the pitch or the mobil home . There will be no reimbursment for
delay or early departure.
Departure:
Pitches must be release before midday, the day of departure. Rentals must be released beetween 7 and 10 am after an appointment with the direction.
Deposit:
200€ deposit (for a mobil home ) will be required on your arrival. (cash only). The cleaning of the mobil home has to be done before you leave, or, you can also pay for it to be done , it will cost you 50€.
Nota: We hope that you will respect the rules of the campsite . We insist particularly on the followings points:
-Absolute silence beetween 10,30 pm and 7,00am
-During the day, driving in the camp is limited at 10km/h
-The rules and regulations of the camp are posted in the reception and at the entrance of the camping.
